Why all the fuss about Sanskrit? What are the links with Buddhism? What are the connections toTibetan?
Andre De Vries, in a style all his own, will guide us to get a taste of what it is all about.

Origins, history, links, intrigue and Mantra.
Grammar, spelling and memorisation.
Talks, workshops and even homework!

No previous knowledge of Sanskrit required- everyone welcome!

André de Vries has had a life long love of  language. He holds a BA Hons degree from Cambridge University in Indian Languages and Linguistics. He subsequently trained as a Tibetan-English translator with Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso. He has authored seven books on different subjects and also worked as an English teacher in several countries. He is currently a freelance legal translator and resides at Gomde UK.

Cost to attend
Residential: £95 (includes all meals, accommodation and teachings).
Day Visitor: £40 (includes lunch on Saturday and Sunday and all teachings)
