Monday Study and Practice Group
Our regular Monday evening group includes guided meditation, dharma study and discussion, and we also practise a traditional Tibetan Buddhist text. We continue until 25th March, and will resume after Easter on 15th April. We look forward to welcoming you online to this joint initiative with Gomde Scotland. Sessions last from 19.00–20.30.
